'Screenwriting - Part 1 (Starting a Screenplay)'
 This course consists of five individual three hour sessions and is an in-depth introduction to screenwriting and writing the film script. Each session
 covers one of the following areas: 1. What is a film script?; 2. Story concept; 3. Creating and developing characters; 4. Plot structure; 5. Writing  
 individual scenes.

'Screenwriting - Part 2 (Developing a Screenplay)'
 This course consists of five individual three hour sessions and follows on from Screenwriting - Part 1 (Starting a Screenplay). In each session the  
 elements from the previous course are expanded, along with new aspects such as theme, and participants create a synopsis and scene breakdown
 for their own film script.

'Screenwriting - Part 3 (Writing a Screenplay)'
 This course consists of five individual three hour sessions and follows on from Screenwriting - Part 2 (Developing a Screenplay). The sessions
 are delivered through workshops and one to one tutorials. Participants will write a completed film script using the synopsis and scene breakdown   
 from the previous course. This course requires participants doing some work in their own time during and prior to the course.

'Bath Writers Workshop: Screenwriting session'
 This session takes place on each second Wednesday of the month at The New Inn, Monmouth Place, Bath, BA1 2AY. 
 If you are bringing work to be critiqued, please bring no more than five script formatted pages, typed and multiple copies.
 Cost £3. 7-9pm. All welcome.

'How to Write a Film Script' 
 A three hour workshop which looks at the process of writing a full-length screenplay from initial idea to
 completed draft, covering such aspects as story structure and script format. Cost £30.  Booking advisable.

'Seriously Funny: How to Write a Situation Comedy'
 A three hour workshop which looks at the serious business of writing situation comedy covering such aspects
 as character creation and storylines. Cost £30.  Booking advisable.

'Script Surgery' 
 One to one tutorials/sessions are now available. Whether you have an idea or existing material (eg. novel) that you want to turn into a film or  
 television script, or else require help improving a finished draft then 'script surgery' can help. Each session lasts an hour. Cost is £30 per session.
